Educational and Certification Background

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Law or a related field required

2. Excellent communication skills in English

3. Fluency in Mandarin both written and verbal preferred

5. Experience and knowledge in Automotive or related industries is an asset

1. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

2. Ability to handle multiple tasks, to meet deadlines, and to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Critical thinking skills and able to analyze large amounts of data

6. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and other analytical and administrative software

7. Ability to work flexible hours

8. Ability to travel to other Wanfeng subsidiary locations (USA, China, Strathroy plants)

9. Interest in learning a global business
