What You Will Do With Us

As Marketing & Communication Specialist you will work closely with the broader marketing team to coordinate, launch, track and report on a variety of programs/events to support our teams in Ontario.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager you will coordinate some of our organization's most important national marketing initiatives; contributing to the profitability of the organization by driving the adoption of marketing best practices.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Campaign reporting and tracking (20%): tracking and communicating results and providing feedback to improve our marketing campaigns to drive profitability.

Marketing support for divisional sales team (20%):supporting divisional sales initiatives to enhance customer experiences.

support (10%):work with the web team to aid internal staff with web related issues.

Branch support (20%): coordinate the creation of marketing collateral for events and trade shows across Ontario. Support employee programs.

Who Are You?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field is an asset
You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to impart knowledge, provide training and motivate employees
You are highly collaborative, innovative, proactive and resourceful
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and graphic design abilities with knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
