Job Summary
Responsible for all food and pastry production, including that sold in dining room, functions, and other outlets. Develops menus seasonally, establishes vendor relationships, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervises production and staff. Develops and monitors food cost and labour budgets for the department. Maintains the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. Is knowledgeable of current food trends, equipment and best practices in culinary industry.

ALL culinary staff, including Sous Chef, First and Second Cooks, Pastry, Prep, Dishwasher; Canteen Staff, Boathouse Staff

$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
