- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BCLS certification required at time of hire.
- Current IBCLC and breastfeeding support experience required.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification required at time of hire and ongoing.
- Related courses in maternal/new-born nursing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with families.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Good team player.
