Position Summary:


  • We are looking for a

Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to take the lead in managing all demand generation activities for the Billing and Back-Office Unit portfolio of companies. Reporting to our marketing lead, you will create and execute new and innovative strategies across a variety of channels to attract new customers in our current and new markets across Canada.

  • This is an exciting time to join WELL's Billing and Back-Office Business Unit team as we launch aggressive growth plans and new strategic projects heading into 2023

Key Responsibilities:


  • Quickly come up to speed on the portfolio of companies' technology solutions, partnerships, and product offerings across Canada
  • Develop and manage the execution of digital and content marketing initiatives including:
  • Content development (reference guides, blogs, whitepapers, webinars)
  • Optimizing content for SEO
  • Marketing automation platform and reporting capabilities
  • Strategic partnership marketing initiatives
  • Work with a cross functional team (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success) to establish growth and demand generation strategies to support the portfolio's revenue goals

Requirement:

years' experience executing content and digital marketing campaigns

  • Excellent copywriting/copy editing skills
  • Deep knowledge of SEO practices and tools
  • Familiarity with SEM practices and tools
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated project management and creative problemsolving skills
