    SAP Fico Consultant (Functional & Technical)Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a SAP Consultant with 7+ years' experience, a proficient knowledge in S/4Hana and FICO, with a history of being a technical and functional consultant., to place at our client an Enterprise Fleet Management company.


    Client:
    Enterprise Fleet Management CompanyTerms: 6-month contract, possible conversionLocation: 3 days hybrid, Mississauga, ON

    Must Have Skill Set:

    SAP FICO ExperienceFunctional Consultant Technical background/developmentImplementation of SAP S/4 Hana? Functional or TechnicalResponsibilities:Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive FICO architecture solutionsPerform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, configuration tasks, writing test cases, and executing test cases.

    Provides solution spanning highly complex processes, systems, applications and technologies and 3rd party software integrations.
    Ensure solution is scalable, sustainable and meets overall business requirements and adopts latest technologies and practices.
    Provides clear options, measures of performance and assessments for solution to the program, project and product teams as required.
    Document and proficiently explain complex solutions at any level of detail to project teams and business stakeholders.
    Review and advise on Test plan and test cases for completeness.

    Provide inputs into solution reviews with program and product teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers business requirements.

    Mentor, coach and lead either directly or indirectly additional team resources as necessary and assist technical developers and other solution architects in understanding solutions.

    Document business, functional, and technical requirements, design and architecture diagrams.

    Work in a virtual team across distance (remote) cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, with on-shore and off-shore resources, and may extend outside the Company organization including suppliers, partners, and trade customers.

    Consult on data migration – help with LTMC mapping with legacy, validating data loads.
    Consult on master data management.

    Challenge the design proactively if it is not aligned with desired future state of the company or isn't following SAP leading practices.

    Proactively help with solutioning on items that are out of scope for the System Integrator.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Key Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree required with strong academic record in Accounting or IT-related field of study7+ years of progressive work experience (hands on )


    Prior implementation experience as a Functional consultant with SAP S/4HANAProven experience in large enterprise systems design - using SAP modules, configurations and upgrade free or side by side enhancements.

    Experience in data migration procedures and best practices.

    Experience with solutioning in SAP FICO is a mustCertification in S/4HANA FICO preferred (must provide credentials for validation )Nice To Have:

    Technical SAP experiencePast experience in developmentSAP system experience: BTP/ BRIM/ GRC/ DMS/ CALM
