Job summary

We are seeking candidates for the position of Property Management Administrator for a 1 year contract located in our Head Office in Guelph.
As an administrator you will provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Resident Manager through data entry of all tenant related information,
preparing A/R adjustments revising aged accounts receivable reports reviewing rent roll monthly preparing legal notices while maintaining our shared goal of creating meaning value and an exceptional experience for our customers our people and communities.,

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) Human Rights Code AODA other applicable legislation.
