The Position

The Health and Safety Specialist will serve as site manager for all health and safety requirements by planning, developing, implementing and maintaining procedures with the line organization that effectively controls accident and health exposures in the company and minimize OHSA, Mining Regulations and any other regulatory orders and is responsible for providing guidance, awareness and proactive leadership and solutions to ensure safe and reliable operations while acting as a management change leader, educator, advocate, consultant and mentor for the St Marys Cement Plant safety culture.
