    Description

    Role Purpose :
    The Drill Rig operator will work on various sites for GIP throughout the Greater Toronto Region.
    Loading, unloading and securing drilling equipment and suppliesComplete daily equipment inspections and maintain equipment.
    Ensure safety procedures and protocols are followed.
    Exhibits workmanship and an ability to execute all the duties of an Operator safely, accurately, and efficiently.
    Comprehends the importance of dependability and consistency in a high-performance team environment.
    Undertakes required steps of a Field Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA).Receives materials accurately.
    Proactively manages worksite.


    Position Requirements :


    339A hoisting ticket and drill ticket for 270KN-m torque and higher is requiredExperience drilling in Kelly mode, CFA, or under slurryBasic construction tools and quality assurance skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor construction environment.
