Primary Responsibilities & Attitude
The Associate, Corporate Services will be an integral part of our team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be assisting the Director, Corporate Services, with managing all aspects of your clients' service requirements and handling incoming inquiries from clients and their shareholders with corporate filings and medallion guarantees.

We're looking for someone who is known for their work ethic, takes initiative, and considers themselves to be entrepreneurial, innovative, and likes a challenge.


You are responsible for:

  • Responding to SEDAR continuous disclosure filing requests from Issuers in a timely manner.
  • Providing SEDAR fee schedules to Issuers where applicable. Includes preparing participation fee forms.
  • Responding to SEDI insider reporting filing requests from Insiders in a timely manner. Referring complex reporting to Director where applicable.
  • Responding to news release dissemination requests and submitting to GlobeNewswire in accordance with client requirements for timely release.
  • Preparing whistleblower reports received from complainants through the two reporting channels and forwarding to a designated contact within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Prepare monthly whistleblower activity reports.
  • Responding to requests that are received outside normal business hours if required.
  • Adhering to compliance guidelines and service levels.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on retention and growth by delivering exceptional service.
  • Medallion guarantee services such as zoom calls, in person meetings.
  • Provide back up to the Senior Associate, Corporate Services for any absences.
  • In addition to the duties listed above, management may request the completion of other duties or projects as assigned.

Skills and Experience:


  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain organized while prioritizing multiple tasks with varying levels of urgency.
  • Solutionsbased attitude and an eagerness to drive process improvements by identifying problem areas and presenting solutions to management.
  • Willingness and desire to achieve personal goals and team goals.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information as part of the job function.
  • A working knowledge of the securities industry as it relates to public company reporting and disclosure requirements is an asset.
