    PepsiCo Beverages Full Time Delivery Driver

    Previous experience in customer service is beneficial. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in working independently and have a knack for interacting with people.

    Compensation:

    • Pay Rate: $225.49 per day, with the potential to exceed $300 per day
    • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

    Responsibilities:

    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key contacts at each location, representing PepsiCo professionally
    • Ensuring accurate and timely product deliveries, following customer instructions for unloading
    • Managing invoices and settling accounts daily
    • Stocking and rotating products, maintaining merchandising standards
    • Creating displays and setting up promotional materials
    • Completing all required paperwork accurately
    • Performing all duties safely and responsibly, adhering to transportation regulations

    Physical requirements and working conditions:

    • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
    • Maneuvering heavy loads manually and with aids, demonstrating physical agility and strength
    • Working in various weather conditions, driving safely in challenging road conditions

    Qualifications:

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, adept at customer interaction
    • High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Class A CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Physically fit and able to work independently

    Additional beneficial skills:

    • Flexibility for extended hours and overtime
    • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
