    This is a temporary 12 month position.

    The role we are offering:

    As a member of the HR Technology team, this position will be primarily responsible for the administration and support of CAE's human resource management tools. He/she will work directly with HR team members and end users around the world. The team is highly dynamic, fast paced and fosters engagement with each team member while providing deliverables that shape the future of the business. Are you ready to:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for our HR colleagues and end users who have questions regarding our HR systems.
    • Analyze requests, perform analysis, and act as necessary.
    • Train colleagues and HR managers in the use of our HR systems.
    • Develop and utilize "EIB" services to import or update mass data on organizations or workers.
    • Participate in HR systems data maintenance and quality improvement efforts.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • College degree in human resources.
    • One to three years of professional experience in human capital management systems (SaaS).
    • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of Workday a definite plus.
    • Good understanding of Human Resource and Payroll concepts and processes.
    • Experience with a ticketing system.
    • Team player with a customer-focused approach.
    • Bilingual (French and English).
    • Ability to adapt.
    • Analytical mindset.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
