We are looking for a
Business Development Manager with experience in the security industry, a strong hunter, who will create their own leads, and help grow our existing client base, and identify new sales strategies.

As a sale's representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account management.


  • Identifying potential customers and establishing relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Conducting market research to stay uptodate on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate sales records and reports.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
  • Staying informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Direct development of both existing and new client relationships through targeted prospecting and sales programs within designated territories.
  • Conduct coldcalling campaigns to promote the company's products and build an opportunity pipeline.

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of security services, industry regulations, and compliance requirements are also needed._

Business Development: 7+ years


  • Sales: 7+ years
Customer Service: 5+ years (preferred)

  • B2B: 5+ years
Security Industry Experience: 2+ years

What we offer:_

- $55k - $65k base salary

  • Uncapped commissions $40k to $80k
