Job Summary:


Under the general direction of the Manager, Human Resources Information Systems & Analytics (HRISA), the Administrator, HRISA provides technical, analytical support and guidance to stakeholders regarding processes and reporting.

Participates in the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resources information systems.


The position produces and analyzes complex data extracts, statistics, metrics, and other reports that leverage system functionality to address business needs.

Combines business process analysis and development with the necessary technical and systems expertise to assist the HR department in its pursuit of operational efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications:

Completion of four-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field

Certified Professional Human Resources Designation or equivalent is an asset

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with ERP Systems (including BANNER HR), data analyst and reporting required, preferably in a unionized environment

Advanced computer knowledge including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and project management software (such as MS Project)

Proven working knowledge of relational database design, data warehousing and proficiency in querying database in an Oracle environment using such tools as SQL, TOAD, MS Access and Oracle Discoverer, SharePoint, and FAST HR

Proven ability to be flexible, manage tight deadlines, stress, and the ability to multi-task

Attention to detail including proven ability to provide highly accurate data entry

Proven ability to communicate effectively and to provide service to employees in a professional, respectful, positive, and courteous manner

Proven ability to handle confidential information and make sound decisions within the limits of established policies and procedures

Market knowledge - continuously seeks to stay current and be on the leading edge and is committed to continuous learning
