Job Description:


  • Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
  • Accumulates and compiles accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project
  • Develops cost control/scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project
  • Participates in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings
  • Participates in Project Kickoff and ongoing status meetings
  • In conjunction with Project Management, develops and implements a basic change management system for engineering and Construction
  • Develops and maintains Management, Project and Control level schedules
  • Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action
  • Maintains the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports
  • Provides meaningful, accurate historical data
  • Other duties as assigned.
