Job Description:

Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
Accumulates and compiles accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project
Develops cost control/scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project
Participates in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings
Participates in Project Kickoff and ongoing status meetings
In conjunction with Project Management, develops and implements a basic change management system for engineering and Construction
Develops and maintains Management, Project and Control level schedules
Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action
Maintains the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports
Provides meaningful, accurate historical data
Other duties as assigned.
