Linezero is actively seeking an Advisory Intern to join the Workplace (from Meta) Team.

Workplace is a business communication tool from Meta that aids organizations in staying connected in a straightforward and protected way.

With well-known features available on the platform, you can communicate information, engage your employees, enhance company culture, and connect your people anywhere, anytime.

We are looking for a Workplace Advisory Intern who will assist in transforming the employee experience for our customers and bringing the future of work into the present.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Understand and learn how to develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders.
Research clients and their position to help them improve their performance on Workplace.
Learn how to manage and lead enterprise level projects.
Work directly with Community Managers to ensure all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Workplace.
Assist in the building of all campaigns to meet assigned client expectations and strategy needs.
Provide expertise around engagement strategies & content sharing.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in postsecondary school (college or university 2nd or 3rd year preferred).
12 years of professional business experience.
Some experience in client facing roles or project management.
Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Exceptional communication & active listening skills.
Technically savvy with social media platforms/business collaboration platforms.
Gogetter personality with a positive outlook.
Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highvolume environment.
Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly resultsdriven environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and optimize strategy based on data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Previous experience working with Workplace from Meta desired.
