Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into business performance and trends.
Utilize advanced features of Power BI to create interactive visualizations and custom data models tailored to specific business needs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Conduct indepth financial analysis, including full cost budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and accruals management, to support strategic decisionmaking and budgetary control.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and adhoc analysis for executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on data visualization and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex dashboards and reports.
Strong technical skills, including experience with macros, Oracle, and data manipulation techniques.
Solid understanding of financial principles and practices, including full cost budgeting, forecasting, and accruals management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong analytical mindset and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
