    Kruger Products - Trenton is growing again and seeking energetic, adaptable candidates with an ability to learn quickly and who thrive in fast-paced environments to join our expanding Production Labour Team

    What you will do:

    Converting

    • Work in conjunction with machine operators and material handlers to ensure safe and efficient Line Operation in accordance with company processes
    • Pack and palletize product according to specification sheets
    • Perform visual review of finished product
    • Maintain the quality standards of our products and addresses quality concerns with a high degree of urgency
    • Maintain a clean and safe workspace



    The successful candidate will possess a/an:

    • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to lift up to 50 LBS/27 KG
    • Ability to work a 12 hour continental rotation
    • Current Fork Lift certification or ability and willingness to obtain through in house training
    • High degree of attention to detail
    • Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member

    Compensation

    Labour rates are $18.58 per hour. Total Compensation includes, annual bonus opportunities, DC Pension plan and competitive Group Benefit package
