This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a dedicated, enthusiastic and fun-loving HR team We are looking for a motivated, authentic and creative individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Advisor to support Quadra's long-term growth.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for attracting talent in an environment where recruitment is a strategic function for the company.
You will make a significant contribution to Quadra's success by supporting our unique culture and vision of being an employer of choice by attracting the right talent to fill strategic roles in Canada and the United States.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, what will be your primary responsibilities? How will you support the team?:
Talent Acquisition/Partner of Choice (70%):
- Prepare and manage job postings on the career page as well as other relevant job websites (LinkedIn & Indeed); manage the career page and update content to remain relevant and adequately promote available opportunities
- Drafting of employment contracts
Employer Brand (20%):
- Help create and promote the employer brand by proposing innovative ideas: Be a Quadra ambassador and provide a presence at recruiting events and on social media promoting our great culture and job openings
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to promote Quadra as an employer of choice
- Lead Quadra's referral program and shine a light on the employee value proposition
- Keep abreast of the latest innovations and best practices in the marketplace and make recommendations to managers, executive team members and the HR team
- Advise the executive team and the Marketing and Communications team on best practices and market trends in employer branding
HR Projects (10%):
- Participate in and support multiple HR projects:
- Build and analyze reports that we present quarterly and annually to the executive team.
- In collaboration with the Learning & Organizational Development team, participate in the training of managers and support them on a daily basis in their workforce needs and forecasting
- Evaluation of external partners (as needed), review and improvement of internal processes, etc.
- And more, depending on your aspirations
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or Administration/Business with an HR Management option
- Minimum of 3 years experience in high level talent acquisition in a fast paced, growing environment
- Proven experience in the full recruitment cycle
- Good general knowledge of human resources and labor laws
- Being a member of the Ordre (CRHA/CHRP) is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple files simultaneously
- Resultsoriented approach with a willingness to work hard to achieve objectives
- Attention to detail and excellent critical and professional judgment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English (bilingualism)
- Dynamic, teamoriented with strong ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to influence a decisionmaking process
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and ability to use social media (LinkedIn & Indeed) being techsavy
- Do you also have experience with Dayforce HRIS? That's quite an asset
- Ability to travel Canada & US (510%)
