Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and file paperwork for Accounts Payable suppliers
  • Process open payable and customer requests
  • Prepare paperwork for various payments as per credit terms
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, management and yard personnel
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College/University or equivalent experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math, computer, account reconciliation, and data entry skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to complete assignments promptly with attention to detail
  • Work cooperatively with other employees and the public
  • Pre-Employment background required
