About the Revenue Operations Analyst role
We're looking for an outstanding, highly analytical, Revenue Operations Analyst to join Float. We're looking for an ambitious problem solver who is comfortable operating in a fast paced hybrid working environment.

You will be working across our go to market teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations) to build a world class revenue team.


As the Revenue Operations Analyst at Float you will:

  • Under the direction of the Revenue Operations Manager, be responsible for managing our day-to-day CRM data, workflows, and integrated systems
  • Be responsible to provide business insights by working with Revenue team leads to generate reporting and performance analysis
  • Work with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams to ensure workflows perform as expected and data integrity is at the forefront
  • Work on tooling enablement by creating documentation and training materials
  • Surface relevant data and key insights to support strategic decision making
  • Support our partner and referral programs by measuring impact and ensuring that fees and rewards are paid out appropriately
  • Assist with commission calculations and reporting

What your week-to-week looks like:


  • Build and monitor reports and dashboards to identify and address data insights using multiple systems such as Hightouch, Metabase and Hubspot
  • Surface insights in our reporting that can help steer Revenue strategy
  • Execute projects that will help our Revenue teams operate more efficiently
  • Provide real time CRM and other Sales tooling support to our Account Executive and BDR teams
  • Create documentation for training & troubleshooting, and identify how to improve training for our Sales teams
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


You'll be great in this role if:


  • You have tech experience. You've worked for 2+ years with other tech organizations in the past on a RevOps team, or as a business analyst.

You live for systems and data. You are highly analytical, love data structuring, and how systems work together. Bonus if you have experience with SQL

You take accountability for your work. You are proud of your deliverables and see each task to completion.

You're detail oriented. Nothing gets past you, and you're able to spot key differentiators in records and/or errors

You're eager to continue your own learning. Scrappy and voracious, you want to know the 'why' behind every answer.

You're a creative problem solver who can combine quantitative thinking with a great aesthetic. Finding creative ways to work through obstacles is fun for you
