Physical Intelligence - Day 36

Just like last year today is designated as the first rest day. The difference last year was muscle issues whereas this year there is a slight twinge in the hip but it is wayward sleep which has become an issue for the entire week, it was last week when I last slept before midnight, never mind before 3am. Last night the effects of staying up led to difficulty going to sleep, to the point of insomnia like conditions.
The case for rest days is a part of physical intelligence. If it was just laziness, it is physically intelligent to know when we are just kidding ourselves. There is no point in engaging a single day if all we are doing is going through the motions. There is also plenty of viewpoints about rest days online :
