Physical Intelligence - Day 70
Where else do I go on and wear my best clothing and then sweat through that clothing, which is what happened when I went dancing this evening at a wedding.
Normally I don't go to the gym because I don't like the sweating, yet in a party situation I can engage physical challenge that leaves me sweating buckets. Why should dancing be better than many of my planned activities?
So the natural extension of this is dance class - but I have so far not entertained that :
