Physical Intelligence - Day 83

Actually saw that yesterday I got the date wrong again, but this now is simply a time-stamp on this particular learning journey as it reaches it's last week. It means that I am racing rather than pacing my learning journey, so that is a good physical intelligence lesson in itself.
Today it is simply about one thing - SIZE.
The research I have read says that the same size of food placed on a smaller plate, psychologically makes us feel more full. Even though the same amount of food is placed on a smaller plate as it is on a larger plate, the optics of it seemingly fool our brain.
Equally the bigger the plate, the more food we fill it with and so we eat more. The psychology here being that size really matters.
