Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement case plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
  • Conduct home visits and other assessments to evaluate the needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and progress.
  • Provide advocacy services to clients in need.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, lawyers, and medical personnel, to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address client issues.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week
