About the role
We're looking for a
Customer Service Representative to join our growing team based out of our _Ottawa Intact Service Centre_

What you'll do here:

Provide an exceptional customer experience for all Intact Service Centre customers, face to face and on the phone
Explain the Intact Service Centre repair process to our insured and provide regular status updates throughout their claim
Build trust with customers through open and honest communication
Work closely with our business partners (rental company/body shop) to ensure a timely repair and seamless experience for our insureds
Valet vehicles to and from our repair shops
Document and direct inquires and assignments to appropriate individuals or units
Consult, interpret, verify, correct and update various documents and data.
Take the extra mile to engage customers

What you bring to the table:

College or University Degree or equivalent customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in English (French in an asset)
Ability to work in a fast pace, high pressure environment
Passionate about customer service
Comfortable with computer systems and Microsoft Office products
Great organizational skills
Team player with the ability to share job responsibilities of others when called on.
A valid G drivers license in Ontario with a clean driving record
