Position summary:
The Receptionist/Shipping Clerk role is responsible for providing top notch coverage for reception. This person also manages the receiving, fulfilling, packing and shipping of cannabis products aligned with company's objectives and strategies.

Responsibilities and duties:

Define duties, organize workload and develop routines to ensure adequate coverage for daytoday reception
Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as needed
Control access through the reception desk
Distributes incoming packages and mails as required
Drives occasionally to the post office for package delivery
Performs duty of receptionist as required
Receive, fulfill, pack and ship cannabis products according to the managements' requirements.
Place and coordinate orders and invoices to suppliers and verify the endtoend process
Ensure that product being received, fulfilled, packed and shipped is free of damage and accurate
Organize and maintain the integrity of inventory
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned or required.

Employment requirements:

Knowledge of or previous experience in reception or order fulfillment, shipping, receiving is considered to be an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and switchboard
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs
Minimum age 19 years old or as specified by provincial government
A valid driver's license with good standing, including internships.
