Responsibilities and duties:
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Partner with teams to create contractwinning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Identifying new areas of growth for the business and working with teams to put plans into action
- Maintain professional relationships with the head office and customer; answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Employment requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales related roles
- Demonstrated expertise in franchise development and knowledge of nontraditional franchise models
- Strong team leadership skills and outstanding communication skills
- Understanding of food service industry will be an asset for the role
