Responsibilities and duties:


  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Partner with teams to create contractwinning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Identifying new areas of growth for the business and working with teams to put plans into action
  • Maintain professional relationships with the head office and customer; answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Employment requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales related roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in franchise development and knowledge of nontraditional franchise models
  • Strong team leadership skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Understanding of food service industry will be an asset for the role
