    As the Customer Service Representative , you excel at providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers. In this forward-facing role, you will create a great first impression of our company and brand. This is a part-time position
    Assist and greet all customers (in person and on the phone)
    Assist Manager with any administrative tasks as assigned
    Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people
    Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
    Be a quick study when it comes to computers software and systems (intermediate computer literacy is essential)
