Profile

Duties & Responsibilities


LMS

  • Support the team with the implementation of a new
    LMS system, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
  • Liaise between the client and
    LMS system/business owners to customize
    LMS notifications, resolve technical issues, assess the business impact of upgrades and bug fixes, request system enhancements, and create advanced reports and queries.
  • Create reference material in collaboration with the content services team for clients where appropriate.
  • Participate in training material revisions related to
    LMS, reporting, and related processes.
  • Schedule courses and coordinate materials, instructors, and other logĂ­stical considerations for specific courses and sessions.
  • Work closely with the Quality and HSE team to plan, manage and maintain training records in the
    LMS described in the quality system and ensure our processes comply with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure accurate training records, including applicable licenses and certifications, are stored within a centralized
    LMS and distribute reports as required.
  • Utilize the
    LMS system to report on ROI, KPI, and DE&I and measure the success of training and development initiatives.
Course Development

  • Works independently, with SMEs, or with guidance from peers or leadership to design, develop, and support educational programs as assigned, including but not limited to eLearning, classroom training, virtual training, media, and other learning support materials.
  • Develop SCORMcompliant eLearning courses, graphic design, and video development using rapid eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate, TinCan API, Articulate Storyline, Easy Generator, Captivate or Camtasia.
  • Ensure that each training program is developed with the appropriate objectives and outcomes, and instructor material is professionally prepared and supports the overall curriculum and company training standards.
  • Educate clients on support processes, roles and responsibilities, and best practices.
  • Manage course content translation through a thirdparty translation service.
  • Design and storyboard microlearning experiences that achieve the target learning objectives.
  • Develop interactive quizzes and games to test the learner and validate the transfer of knowledge and skills.
  • Transferring facetoface training to a blended model by leading the design of new programs, distributed learning courseware,
    LMS course architecture and reporting, and onboarding programs
Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Certification in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience with Learning Management Systems and elearning technologies. System implementation experience is considered a significant asset.
  • Proven experience developing SCORMcompliant eLearning courses using rapid eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate, TinCan API, Articulate Storyline, Easy Generator, Captivate or Camtasia.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Skills:


  • Instructional design, adult learning principles, mobile learning, and course development best practices.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power BI, Outlook and Word).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft professional, thorough, accurate reports and other departmental communications.
  • Proven success in multitasking, strategic and creative planning and prioritizing, and strong attention to detail are essential.
