    The position offers:

    •Compensation for driving time to job sites (bi-weekly gas cards provided)

    •Comprehensive training and development, provided the candidate is receptive, diligent, and eager to learn.

    •Training to master professional painting techniques for both interior and exterior projects.

    Requirements:


    •Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

    •While prior hands-on experience is preferred, it's not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

    •Commitment to full-time work hours per week).

    •Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
    Payment Structure:

    Competitive base pay ranging from $ /hour, with additional high-performance bonuses.

    Responsibilities:

    Overseeing the entire project , ensuring work is completed to high standards.
    Maintaining cleanliness and organization on-site, including equipment and project areas.
    Upholding quality and client satisfaction through effective communication with homeowners and management.
    Managing day-to-day project tasks to deliver exceptional service to clients.
