    Position: Accounts Payable/Accounting Officer

    Type: 1 Year Temporary, Full-Time

    • Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON or Brampton, ON
    • Salary: $58,996 to $73,745 annually
    • Department: Financial Services
    • Supervisor: Controller
    • Number Of Positions: 1

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • A. Accounts Payable 60%
    • B. Payroll Assistance 20%
    • C. Fund Accounting (Foundation) 10%
    • D. Other Duties 10%
    • Total: 100%

    Key Responsibilities:

    • A. Accounts Payable (60%)
    • B. Payroll Assistance (20%)
    • C. Fund Accounting (Foundation) (10%)
    • D. Other Duties (10%)

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in accounting software and systems
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Excellent use of technology for collaboration
