PROFILE SUMMARY


The Support Analyst is responsible to monitor, document, triage, troubleshoot, and respond or escalate incoming requests related to IT issues via in-person, telephone, or remote access.

This roll supports all devices and software ensuring optimal workplace performance and providing end-user assistance where required.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Monitor, document, triage, troubleshoot, and respond or escalate incoming requests related to IT issues via inperson, telephone, or remote access.
  • Provide support for all JML (Joiners, Movers, & Leavers) processes including the set up, install, and configuration of all devices.
  • Create, maintain, and update IT documentation within SharePoint including knowledgebase articles, standard operating procedures and general technical documentation.
  • Document and monitor all IT assets including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printer across all sites.
  • Ensure effective communication between the desktop support team and the rest of the IT organization, including status reports of projects and/or systems issues
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Overall 3 years of experience required
  • Experience with troubleshooting PC hardware issues and repairing desktop and laptops
  • Experience with installing software, patches, and system updates on desktops, laptops
  • Basic handson Smartphone support for iOS devices
  • Experience with troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS, IGEL
  • Strong Knowledge of O365 and Office Suites

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • The expected salary range for this role is $65,000 $75,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
