- Plan and design water, wastewater, treatment, and stormwater projects
- Working with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects
- Identify project opportunities and actively participate in proposal and interview processes when necessary
- Write technical memorandums, engineering reports, and planning studies
- Coordinate with clients
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho state, or the ability to obtain reciprocity upon employment
- BS in Engineering
- Experience working on water/wastewater projects
- A reputation of integrity, intelligence, and the ability to exercise good judgement
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to work in teams and independently with multiple projects
- Desire to produce quality work products and provide excellent client service
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software used to analyze water and wastewater systems.
- Experience and interest in mentoring junior staff
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - you clearly convey subtleties in complex designs to your team, client, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated success working on multi-disciplinary engineering projects
