Why This Role is Important:


In this role, you will partner with business Product Owners and lead cross-functional team members in launching strategic delivery solutions incrementally using Agile methodology for achieving PC Financial business and technology objectives.

As the PC Financial Project Manager, you will be tasked to successfully manage and deliver multiple high visibility projects aimed at exceeding the expectations of our customers rapidly while maintaining a high standard of quality and mitigating risks and issues.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical feasibility and build comprehensive project documentation
  • Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of the initiatives according to established goals
  • Work closely with business teams, product owners, and tech lead to deliver on the roadmap; coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
  • Develop and lead coordinated delivery plans to supervise and track progress; identify, assess and track project risks and issues
  • Handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs where needed to meet business outcome
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with all team members while ensuring alignment between stakeholders on the outcomes of the project.

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing large infrastructure projects including migrations/upgrades, decommissioning projects, server patching
  • Responsible for facilitating the execution of IT projects/programs by ensuring the quality, completeness, tracking and reporting
  • Clear and demonstrable understanding of Project Management Lifecycle (Agile or Waterfall); knowledge of agile framework
  • Strong relationship building skills and experience leading stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs
  • Experienced in verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively connect with both business and technical teams
  • Abilities to connect dots, assimilate new insights/tasks and lead in dynamic situation.
  • Working understanding of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office
