The HR Business Partner for PC Financial Pavilions will work directly with leaders and their teams to provide day-to-day HR support to the Pavilion salesforce team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes and participate in mentoring and guiding in functional and crossfunctional initiatives (Performance Management, Compensation, Organisational Planning, Engagement Survey and the Performance Review Cycle)
- Assist the team in achieving their goals by identifying human resources and organizational development issues and by owning the analysis & diagnosis of business needs
- Partner daytoday with leaders and act a trusted confidant when resolving talent and business challenges
- Partner with the recruitment team and the business to develop proactive strategies to address staffing needs and ensure diversity in the workforce
- Provide mentorship & support on leadership development, talent, and performance management, change and people management issues & communication
- Partner with the business and internal COE groups to find creative ways to incent colleagues to drive performance, pay for performance to drive long term rewards and retention strategies
- Recognize barriers to success and facilitate proactive dispute resolution that supports a performance driven culture. Uses judgment supported by human resource acuity and practical experience to escalate matters as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement & best practices to influence human resources strategies
Qualifications:
- Equivalent combination of education and employee relations experience and an achievement of CHRP designation or post graduate degree preferred
- 57 years progressive HR experience with proven knowledge in client relation management
- Experience in a retail or salesforce environment is an asset
- Must be strategic, have a good professional presence, and possess strong planning and interpersonal skills and experience leading projects.
- Ability to work toward a future vision / state without having all vital details
- Ability to interact with all levels with comprehensive consultative, partnering, facilitating, and influencing/negotiating skills
- Ability to interpret conceptual or loosely defined business or project objectives and assess impact on HR
- Outstanding integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly critical information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid digital literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
- Strong analytic skills and outstanding ability to problemsolve
- Outstanding dedication to customer service with sound sense of urgency
- Highly motivated, selfstarter, requiring little direction
