Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented Pipefitter to join our team in Fort Saskatchewan.

This permanent position offers a 40-44 hour work week, with overtime available as required, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

DSP Accepted ($56 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

Lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, and fuel in various process piping systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Interpret technical drawings, isometrics, cut sheets, and structural shop drawings to determine layout requirements and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Collaborate with team members to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions that drive project success.
Tack, weld, and thread joints to join pipes and fabricate sections of piping systems ranging from 2" to 36", utilizing your expertise and skills.
Perform table fitting, fit spools together, and structural layout with meticulous attention to detail.
Install supports, valves, piping, and control systems, contributing to the overall success of projects.
Test systems for leaks using testing equipment, including hydro testing, and prioritize material receiving and quality control.

Skills and Qualifications:

Journeyman Pipefitter certification (Red Seal preferred).
12 years of directly related work experience.
Experience with plasma table operations preferred.
Prior ironworking experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
