    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office. This full-time permanent position offers a great opportunity to grow within our company.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
    • Handle scheduling and appointment coordination
    • Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail management
    • Support the team by maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
    • Provide assistance to other departments as needed

    Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Experience with administrative or reception duties is an asset
    • Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
    • Level 1 Insurance License and Autopac knowledge is an asset
