Description
We are a large, state of the art, 11-bay tire and automotive service and repair shop. We are proud to provide exceptional industry knowledge along with excellent customer service in a clean and comfortable environment. As a Service Advisor you will be relied upon to deliver service excellence to our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic shop environment.


You will share your tire product knowledge to advise customers on the features and benefits of specific tire models and work with clients to develop appropriate tire recommendations for their unique needs.

You will use your automotive service and technical expertise to assist clients with understanding their vehicle maintenance and repair requirements and determine appropriate service recommendations for their specific needs.


In fulfilling these responsibilities, you will:

  • Provide service and product quotes, review recommendations, diagnostics and services performed with clients, finalize sales (invoicing and cash-out) and complete customer follow-ups
  • Schedule client appointments and product deliveries
  • Order, or assist with ordering parts and sublet services, as required to satisfy client requirements
  • Ensure products and services are billed accurately
  • Maintain the Xtreme Code of Conduct and Client Confidentiality, and support a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
Position Requirements

  • This is a fulltime position (regular shop hours), with some overtime required during our seasonal peak periods and other special projects that may arise from timetotime

You will need:

  • Two years' retail experience in automotive/tire services, or in a similar/related environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, and professional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to client concerns about their vehicle/tires, ask probing questions about their needs and driving style, and offer relevant, accurate options and information based on that feedback
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly to clients and to techs
  • An enthusiastic, teamplayer, and a "get it done" attitude
  • The desire and ability to learn quickly, and expertly handle stressful situations and a highpaced, demanding work environment.
  • A clean driving record with a full G-Class license

Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
