we are seeking a goal oriented, ambitious, enthusiastic people person that has a passion for customer service and attention to detail.

This person will be acting as a primary contact for OBASA guests, the Concierge of condo Owners, and a key member in the Inside Sales Team.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answering telephone reservation inquires and conducting site tours
Aiding Condo Owners and residence on the property
The liaison between maintenance and housekeeping
Entering Reservation into our Software Program

- racking Sales Leads and following up on a regular basis

Preparation of quotes and invoices, processing payments and reconciling accounts monthly
Promoting sales and marketing promotions and participating with company social media

Education and Experience

Completed Grade 12 or GED
35 years experience in customer service or sales, hospitality or related industry experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Muli task oriented and well organized with the ability to priortize multiple tasks
Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, CRM and PMS systems
Understanding of numbers and the ability to calculate monthly invoices
Valid Drivers License

Job Type - Full Time

Experience:

Inside Sales: 3 years (preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
