    Description

    We're looking for a Shift Leader to be part of our team at Bluebird Wood-Fired Steakhouse. Bluebird is a steakhouse known for its delicious Alberta beef, classic cuts, and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Brunch and cocktails blend seamlessly into lunch by the fireplace, transitions smoothly into happy hour, and then turns into dinner as the apres-ski vibe kicks in. Our mid-century chalet always promises a bluebird day.

    What You Need:

    • ProServe certification is a must
    • Prior experience in serving and bartending
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Strong work ethic and a positive team player
    • Supervisory experience is advantageous

    Shift Leader Role: Shift Leaders play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of restaurant services, supporting the GM and AGM. Responsibilities include coordinating between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, addressing customer issues, preparing the restaurant for successful service, and overseeing all front-of-house team members.

    Banff Hospitality Collective comprises Balkan Restaurant, Chuck's Steakhouse, High Rollers, Magpie & Stump, Park Distillery Restaurant & Bar, The Bear Street Tavern, The Bison Restaurant + Terrace, The Eddie Burger Bar, The Maple Leaf Grill and Lounge, Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant, Hello Sunshine, Lupo Italian, and Bluebird Restaurant.
