The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement activities related to logístical and warehousing of incoming/outgoing of parts, subassemblies, and finished goods


Other responsibilities include:

the storing and distribution of products and equipment within our warehouse; dispatching, packaging, sorting of goods and materials; and managing all inventory related functions such as inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and stock product from suppliers
  • Move products and equipment around warehouse, operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Package instruments/finished goods/materials
  • Ensure accurate quantities are received by comparing appropriate paperwork
  • Question and resolve discrepancies as they are discovered
  • Identify product shortages/damages from delivery upon receipt of product
  • Ensure inventory is identified with the location information and shelved in the proper location
  • Submit product location information to receiving (as available inventory)
  • Perform periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory and data integrity
  • Inspect products and tag all freight
  • Reconcile purchase orders with receiving documentation
  • Adhere to all safety & GMP procedures in the performance of job duties
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness and provide support for planning our warehouse layout
  • Ensure material handling is in accordance with general warehouse best practices
  • Other duties as necessary
What You'll Need

  • 3+ years related experience in Shipping/Receiving in a warehouse setting
  • Experience in a regulated industry (preferably medical device industry)
  • Experience & knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
  • Strong computer data entry skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Special/Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
