    Guidewire Product Consultant

    Role Overview

    • Analyze client requirements and offer expert consultations on Guidewire functionalities.
    • Design and implement solutions using Guidewire - ClaimCenter to meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Guidewire solutions.
    • Conduct detailed gap analysis and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
    • Lead configuration and customization of Guidewire applications to align with client objectives.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Guidewire products.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in Property & Casualty Insurance to provide well-informed recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Guidewire implementations, offering continuous support post-deployment.
    • Act as a bridge between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and driving improvement initiatives within the Guidewire ecosystem.

    What You Bring to the Role

    • 10+ years of proven experience in product consulting.
    • Deep understanding of Guidewire, specifically GW - ClaimCenter Functional.
    • Proven track record in delivering high-quality Guidewire solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain is crucial.
    • Experience with Guidewire - ContactManager CC-Mobile & Portal is highly desirable.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are a must.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions and making a positive societal impact.

    Working Arrangements

    We aim to offer flexibility whenever feasible. This remote position is open to qualified applicants in Ontario and/or Nova Scotia, where our hubs are situated, based on business requirements. We are dedicated to supporting a healthy work-life balance through a range of well-being programs.
