- Driving team growth and revenue, including presales, delivery of security engagements, SOW, vCISO, and account management
- Creating a resource management plan for the Risk Management Services team
- Regularly assessing tools and technologies to enhance service delivery cost-effectively
- Assisting in scoping customer engagements
- Participating in client engagements and presenting at conferences
- Collaborating with Client Success Managers
- Contributing to corporate messaging and marketing efforts
- Working with the Sales team to support deal closures
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IS, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in information security
- Knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices
- DODD 8570 certification and experience with RMF and accreditation processes
- Hands-on experience with security tools and certifications like CISM, CISSP, and others
- Experience in Incident Response Planning and Threat & Risk Assessment
- Securing infrastructure solutions in cloud environments
- Implementing secure DevOps methodologies and integrating AWS with DevSecOps teams
- Holding or ability to obtain a security clearance
