Purpose of Role:
The Field Service Administrator is responsible for supporting the Service Manager and Field Service Contracts with daily operations, including scheduling contractors/employees for all field service contracts and projects as required.
They will be assisting with research and compiling/transcribing statistical reports and attend weekly meetings regarding field projects.Why choose Weir:

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus Area: Organize and maintain the filing system, provide input/output reports as needed, and review backlogs with Operations Manager daily
- Focus Area: Answer/screen phone calls, read and route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and order office supplies as needed
- Focus Area: Open/close tickets in SAP and enter invoices into customer portal, following up with customers/contractors regarding any issues
- Focus Area: Coordinate and arrange conference calls, appointments, schedules, and travel reservations for Field Service Contracts

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ year(s) of relevant work experience in fast paced administrative environment
- SAP & Excel experience required, Microsoft Projects experience is an asset.
