We are looking to hire an administrative staff member who will play a key role in executing the day to day administration and coordination of the office.

- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact to patients
- Recording all patient information, such as medical history, insurance breakdowns
- Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, including processing insurance claims, reviewing treatment plans, and discussing cost/financing options
- Communicating, scheduling and managing patients' appointments for treatment
Qualifications and skills:
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have organization, communication, and computer skills
- Dental experience is preferred
- Dentrix experience is an asset.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
