WestCorp Solutions is searching for a Logistics Planner to support our Client in Calgary, AB. This individual will be supporting planning and scheduling by ensuring awareness of material updates, vendor updates, etc.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Supports the client's team with tracking of materials in work orders.
  • Completes vendor scheduling.
  • Updates work order statuses.
  • Attends meetings and presents information.
  • Supports internal scheduling.

Skills and Knowledge:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Motivated, selfstarter who can work well independently or within a team environment.
  • An effective communicator with the ability to develop positive working relations across a multitude of business units.
  • Exercises good judgment on complex decisions.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:


  • Experience working within SAP is required.
  • Dynamic individual with two (2) to five (5) years minimum planning experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products such as Word & Excel.
  • Knowledge of practices, performances measures, scheduling tools and techniques.
