- Pay rate: $55,000 $63,000 annually
- Location: 8300 Lawson Road, Milton ON
- Schedules: Monday to Friday (8.30am 5.00pm) plus rotational oncall coverage

To support the IT Department by responding to daily operational break/fix issues in the Office and Warehouse promptly. Proactively monitoring and maintaining systems, networks and equipment
What your job duties may include
- Troubleshoot network equipment and software problems
- Network setup and reconfiguration, routers, modems, switches, LAN, IP Networking etc
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of LANs, WANs, VPN, computers and peripheral equipment
- Resolve open IT trouble tickets in a timely manner
- Configuring equipment and network cabling
- Provide problemsolving services and customer service to network users
- Assist with software and hardware security procedures
- Assist with data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Configure VoIP phones (Set up for AVAYA telephone system)
- Responsible for asset management
- Plan, coordinate and implement projects consistent with continuous improvement objectives
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned
- Infrequent travel to other facilities in Guelph, Acton and London (Ontario) required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Administration & Support capacity
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Windows Servers (setup, maintenance, backup/restore, and administration)
- Active Directory, Exchange Server, FTP Servers, encryption technologies, & antivirus solutions
- Network Administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, wireless access points, switches, vLANs, firewall & routing configuration, VPN Tunnels, remote access technologies)
- Configuration Management and experience implementing Industry Best Practices
- Strong ability to learn quickly, and adapt to change
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- VMware ESX / vSphere / vCenter (setup, maintenance, backup/restore, and administration) is a plus
- Serverclass hardware, including storage technologies is a plus
- Administering cloudbased services (SaaS, IaaS) is a good to have is a plus
- Mobile computers (operating systems, and associated hardware) is a plus
- Experience working with Label printers in a warehouse environment is a plus.
