We are a close knit HVAC / R company that is looking for a friendly, professional but persistent person to help us with accounts receivables / collections.

Your duties will be as listed but not limited to:

  • Working with the Accounts Receivables team to ensure invoices are sent out as quickly as possible
  • Receiving the payments (cheque, visa, etc...) and entering them into our accounting program
  • Preparing weekly reports for our managers meetings

Experience & skills required:

  • Phone and computer skills
  • Organized
  • Responsible
  • A sense of "ownership"
  • Accounting experience with Quick books or knowledge would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
  • A good memory

Compensation:

$40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
