The primary objective of this role is to intake, assign enrolment tasks, monitor and analyze workflow, and to take necessary and appropriate actions to ensure time service objectives are met.

The ability of this individual to react to backlog situations immediately will be critical in meeting time service objectives and measurements set forth by Senior Management.

This role will work closely with other Workflow Coordinators and Processors to ensure the workflow is effective, efficient, and fair.

This role is also responsible for rerouting missing or late work items.


Additional tasks include, but are not limited to, handling exceptions, ensuring procedures or special notes are updated according to business needs, and processing as time and workflow permits.

The role will also help investigate system issues.


What you will do

  • Intake, assign enrolment tasks, monitor and analyze workflow for the department
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to Leaders, internal partners and the Customer for submission requirements
  • Ensure any system issues are investigated and reported to the necessary contacts.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, or technical advice to the department staff and leadership team
  • Reporting
  • Investigate, coordinate and respond to inquiries for missing, partially completed or late work items

  • Welldeveloped skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • System knowledge of GroupNet Flex, EAS, BEN and Evolve would be considered an asset
  • Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
  • Comfortable with technology, using multiple computer and business programs
